Recipe Substitutions

Not every recipe that we encounter is picture-perfect when it comes to what is “healthy”. There are steps that can be taken in order to modify our favorite recipes to make them better for us, which means that we can indulge in them more often without feeling quite as guilty afterwards. This is a chart that highlights a variety of substitutes that we can use for a number of recipes to make them a little lighter and a little better for us.
