Breakfast is, without a doubt, my least favorite meal. However, these recipes make me reconsider that rank. More people should eat oats. Oats are full of fiber, which are great for digestion and work to help you feel “fuller” longer. This recipe in particular is great for anyone who doesn’t like waking up any earlier than is absolutely mandatory. With these “overnight oats”, as the name implies, all the work happens while you’re asleep. You mix the ingredients before bed, pop them in the fridge, and your oats will be ready to go in the morning. This is great for anyone with a busy schedule, especially busy college kids.
