Cut Back on the Sugar, Sugar.

I love sugar, you love sugar, we all love sugar. Some days, there is no negotiating, you want a bowl of ice cream the size of your head and nothing else will do. However, there are some little things, such as sugary drinks, cereals, and sauces that can be avoided or reduced in order to leave more room for that bowl of ice cream.
