Say “Yes” to Better Health

This is a very eye opening video that talks about the benefits to enjoying more “meat-free meals”, with regards to one’s health and with regards to the industry as a whole. I would like to emphasize the difference between “meat-free meals” and vegetarianism, it is not good to cut out entire food groups from our diets, but meat is something that should be consumed in moderation, like all foods. One serving of meat is 3oz, which is much less than what the average American eats in one day. The video touches base on how eating less meat can help yourself, the environment, and the treatment of animals in large farms.
